This is awarded to the Top Entrepreneur who has shown the highest level of engagement in information and process technologies to facilitate industry innovation, research and development initiatives to create products and services that facilitate value-add. This Award will be given to the Entrepreneur who tops the Innovation and Knowledge Management criterion.

This Award is presented to the Top Entrepreneur who has scored the highest points in the Social Responsibility & Ethics portion of the Judging Criteria which looks into his/her efforts in contributing to society, involvement in environmental policies, encouraging employee involvement in community activity and any other value-add to the community at large.
